Class Types:

Basic Class (4 1/2 - 6 year olds) - for our youngest, newest students! This class will have a main focus of developing our students focus, discipline, confidence as well as basic coordination, balance, listening skills.

Intermediate Class - for our students who have moved through a Basic Class already (5-7 years old) or our new students (ages 8-12). This class will focus more on developing our students’ self-defense techniques, as well as developing their core strength, and speed.

Advanced/Teen - for our most advanced students who have moved through a basic and intermediate class already or are a new student (ages 13 or older). This class will focus on more advanced strength training to develop muscle awareness/control, speed/power drills, sparring, and jiujitsu for self-defense.

Learn to develop your strength, mobility, and power in a safe and effective class focused on PROPER strength training for general population. No previous experience necessary!
